The Strong Body, Strong Mind App — Coming Soon

Sorry I’ve been neglecting my writing lately, but there’s a good reason. My wife, Dr. Lisa Lewis, and I have spent the past few months building a wellness and fitness app. It’s called Strong Body, Strong Mind, and we truly believe it will stand out from most fitness apps.

What makes it different? It blends structured strength training with mental skills guidance to boost motivation and confidence. I’ll lead the training side. The Beginner to Badass program is designed for people who want to start a barbell-based routine but have felt intimidated tackling it alone.

My goal is to make strength training accessible to everyone and to show how to progress from a beginner to a confident, capable lifter.

Lisa will run the psychology side. She’s a real Doctor of Psychology with more than twenty years of experience, and she also lifts.

Each workout will include a Mindset Minute, covering motivation strategies for starting a new routine and ways to overcome consistency bumps.

In short, Lisa will help you stay focused and push through challenges, and you may discover a bit of inner strength along the way.

More details will come when the app officially launches, but for now consider this a teaser of what’s to come. Keep an eye out.
