Why Shoulder Injury Prevention Efforts Are Falling Short

by gymfill_com

I recently had the chance to write an article for Stack Magazine, a resource for high school athletes and their coaches. When I was first asked if I’d be interested, I wasn’t sure what to write about. Then it clicked: I work with a lot of baseball players, so I’d start there. That seemed like a natural choice, and that’s exactly what I did.

Not everyone who reads this site is chasing a 90 mph fastball or cares about arm care. And while some might say the long ball is the appeal, I believe there are universal lessons about shoulder health that apply beyond baseball—especially regarding the true function of the rotator cuff and how to train it, plus how the anterior core fits in.

With that in mind, I want to show Stack Magazine that the TonyGentilcore.com community can reach a wider audience. I’d love for you to read the article, share any feedback you have—positive or negative, though I’m hoping for mostly positive—and if you’re inclined, like it and share it on social media.
