Core at Home: Pay What You Wish

by gymfill_com

When COVID first showed up this past winter and shut down the health and wellness world, I did what any fitness pro would do: hyperventilate into a paper bag. Then, the second most relevant thing: I binged Ozark on Netflix. After that, I launched CORE @ Home—a weekly stream of 30–40 minute workouts you could do in your living room (or anywhere: bedroom, man cave, hovercraft) with minimal equipment.

Now you can buy the entire series—a three-month program with 36 workouts—for whatever price you choose.

What do you get? Three workouts per week, divided into three sections: Athlete, Build, and Condition.

– Athlete: simple, approachable plyometric drills to help you tap into your inner athlete. You’re not LeBron James, but you can work at it.
– Build: the core strength work using bodyweight, bands, kettlebells, or dumbbells.
– Condition: the part that can be rough—in a good way.

Each workout includes coaching cues and options to adjust the difficulty. You also get a cameo from my Achilles rupture.

Note: I didn’t rupture it during filming—I did it sprinting in a workout I was doing on my own. About halfway through, you’ll notice the model becomes much more attractive because my wife stepped in to demonstrate the drills for a few weeks.

With many people still hesitant or unable to head back to regular gyms, more folks are seeking quality programming they can do at home—simple, easy to follow, effective, and fun.

Check out CORE @ HOME.

But seriously, don’t kill the messenger.
