Our app is now available. It brings together the work of strength coach Tony Gentilcore and psychologist Dr. Lisa Lewis, who leads the Strong Body, Strong Mind initiative. The goal is to mesh physical and mental strength training for optimal health and functioning. After years of presenting together at conferences, seminars, and workshops, we’re excited to release these programs in an easy-to-use, affordable app.

The inaugural program in the Strong Body, Strong Mind app is Beginner to Badass, designed for those who are new to barbell training or need clear direction. If you’re new to lifting, returning after a break, or looking for a straightforward plan, Beginner to Badass can meet your needs.

What to expect from the program:
– Three months of progress-driven strength training, three sessions per week (36 total). You’ll need access to barbells, dumbbells, and related equipment.
– Video demonstrations showing proper technique, with voice prompts and coaching cues to guide each move.
– A Mindset Minute accompanies every workout to help you build resilience and lasting habits.

What not to expect:
– No novelty: for beginners, consistency and mastery matter more than constant variety.
– No guarantees or promises: we can’t promise specific results; progress comes from steady effort and commitment.
– No shortcuts or gimmicks.
