Back in June I headed to Edmonton, Alberta for the Spinal Health and Core Training seminar with Rick Kaselj, Dean Somerset, and Dr. Jeff Cubos. It wasn’t the wild party some jokes made it out to be; the focus was on program design, corrective exercise, assessment, and everything related to core training and spinal health. Maybe there was a tiger involved—Dean’s idea, not mine. It was an amazing weekend, and everyone who attended walked away with a ton of information. We recorded the whole thing and plan to release it as a product in the near future—within the next few weeks, to be exact. To give you a preview, Rick Kaselj is releasing a series of sneak peeks, and here is a 22-minute clip from my presentation. There’s a lot more to come: I spoke for close to three and a half hours that day, and Dr. Cubos finished with another three hours. Day 2 centered on Rick and Dean, and although I had to fly to Vancouver for a friend’s wedding, I’ve heard it was equally informative and engaging. As I mentioned, we’ll share more details about the release in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out.
