Women Should Train the Same Way as Men

by gymfill_com

To be honest, I was almost tempted to take a short blog break the rest of the week. With Thanksgiving coming up, I figured I’d be busy stuffing my face with anything I could get my hands on for the next 48 hours, and most of you would probably be in the same mindset and not pay much attention to my site.

Yes to turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and apple pie. Yes to football until I can’t feel the right side of my face. And yes to checking out my blog—though I’m guessing there’s more apple pie to eat.

Don’t worry, I’m not offended. I know where I stand in the grand scheme of things. There used to be a time when you’d compliment me, tell me I looked nice, and be excited to see me. That made me feel special. But now it’s like I don’t even exist—like I’m a ghost.

Just kidding. Thanksgiving is about family, friends, and turkey legs. The last thing I expect is for you to visit my blog. Have fun, be safe, and enjoy!

Seriously though, you used to compliment me.

I wasn’t going to write today or tomorrow, but I realized Thanksgiving isn’t celebrated everywhere, and I’d be a real jerk if I kept my sage words to myself. So I’m sharing a new article I recently posted on BodyBuilding.com. It’s about a topic I cover a lot—women and training. It has more of a soapbox vibe and is more of a rant, but I think it carries a strong message. Take a look and tell me what you think.

Train the same: Women should train like men.

P.S. On a real note, thank you to everyone for your support over the past year. TonyGentilcore.com wouldn’t be what it is without its readers and fans, and I wish you all a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
