A few weeks ago I had an epiphany: maybe I should do a 30-day series on Instagram about something cool. 30 Favorite Pictures of My Cat? 30 Days of Omelets? No and no. If you have ideas, tell me.

I settled on deadlifts. I spent 30 days—though not all in a row—covering everything from technique tips and troubleshooting ideas to training program design and different deadlift variations. It was a huge hit, and people seemed to get a lot out of it. And it just so happened T-Nation reached out and asked to publish the series on their site.

Days 1–10 were posted today and they include all the videos I filmed along with some added written commentary. Enjoy.
